Gift card information

The Sport4All gift card offers customers the opportunity to choose one or more products from the sport4all.ro online shop.

You can purchase one or more Gift Cards with a value between 200 and 1.000 lei and have a unique series, with a single order. The end customer can buy anything from sport4all.ro. The Gift Card can be applied, in the form of a discount, to a single sport4all.ro order, and the value of the Gift Card is subtracted from the order total. By filling in your details in the Sport4All Gift Card request form, you agree that your details, message and gift card will be attached to your customer account.

Gift cards are valid indefinitely from the date of purchase, online at sport4all.ro. They can only be paid for online or by money order and will be delivered by email to your address once your order has been processed.

The Gift Card is a means of payment, no discounts or other benefits are applicable to Sport4All Club members on its purchase. Cannot be paid with another voucher, cannot be cumulated. These are vouchers, being a payment method. The value of the products must always be greater than the value of the gift card. It cannot be redeemed and the value of the Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Gift Card can be ordered and delivered electronically, directly to the recipient's email address, who can enjoy the gift immediately.

Questions and answers

Can I add the gift card I received after placing an order?
If you have already placed an order, you cannot add a gift card. To use it, the order has to be re-ordered. The Gift Card series is valid for a single order and you will immediately receive a discount equal to the value of the card. But it does not allow the purchase of another Sport4All gift card.

What happens if I return a product paid for with a gift card?
If the return is made within the validity period of the gift card, you will receive a new code which will have the same value as the gift card value applied to the product you returned.
The new code will be available both in your customer account, in the Vouchers & Gift Cards section, and by e-mail. It will be valid for 30 days from the acceptance of the return, plus the number of days remaining on the original card.
If you have returned a product after the Gift Card has expired, it will be valid for 30 days from the date of acceptance of the return.

Can I receive the Gift Card in physical format?
The Gift Card can only be ordered and delivered electronically, directly to the recipient's email address, who can enjoy the gift immediately.
