DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

All Finne orders are processed and delivered by SC AMI DE SANTE SRL from Bucharest, Romania, within the limit of available stock, within 1-3 working days from the order registration. Each purchase order is registered under a special registration number and is managed under this number until it is fully completed.

The delivery period may vary depending on the volume of registered orders. Delivery time may be extended depending on factors beyond our control or the courier company’s control, such as weather conditions, traffic conditions, state of national roads or others. They are considered delivered when they are handed over to the courier.

For the city of Bucharest – orders can be delivered between 9:00-17:00

For the other towns in Romania – orders can be delivered between 10:00-18:00

Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered starting on Monday, and all orders placed before 4 p.m. leave for their destination on the same day. Orders placed after this time, leave the next day.

The parcel is packed in boxes and has protection for transport.

SHIPPING AND COSTS RELATED TO ORDERS

National transport, on the territory of Romania

The products are delivered with the transport companies, SAMEDAY, by fast or standard courier.

  For orders up to 250 RON, transport on Romanian territory costs 20 RON (VAT included).

  For orders that exceed 250 RON, shipping is FREE (in Romania).

Shipping costs are configured and calculated automatically at check-out, before placing the order.

The company SC AMI DE SANTE SRL is entitled to impose additional costs for packaging, if necessary.

Finne also offers customers –  the option to personally pick up the product from the easybox lockers any day, 7 days a week, at any time, including Saturdays and Sundays. You can select free delivery in easybox when placing the order and you can choose your preferred locker. When your order arrives at the selected easybox, you will receive a QR code by email and a PIN code by SMS.

From that moment, you have 36 hours to pick up the products, except for orders delivered on Friday (72 hours) and Saturday (48 hours). Scanning the QR code or entering the PIN code at the pick-up point will unlock the drawer where your package is.

International shipping to EU countries

Orders from outside Romania are delivered through the companies SAMEDAY and WOOT partners companies, depending on the country of destination. Shipping costs are configured according to the table below and are automatically calculated at check-out.

PAYMENT METHODS

Romania payments

The sales price and related taxes on the delivery of the goods will be paid by the customer through the following payment methods:

1. Credit card – with online payment – With this method, credit card payment is made securely through the companies STRIPE, PAYU or by bank transfer to the SC AMI DE SANTE SRL company account, account lei RO65INGB0000999912764553 opened at ING BANK. Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro cards are accepted and you will be asked to fill in the beneficiary’s name, credit/debit card number, expiry date and three digit security number (CVV) found on the back of the card.
2. Cash or card – with payment on delivery – With this method, the products are delivered to the customer’s destination address, accompanied by a tax document, tax invoice and receipt. The payment will be made to the delivery agent, valid only on the territory of Romania, or you will pay at easybox directly with the card.
3. Easybox payment – Payment for the order can only be made by card, online or when picking up the products. Contactless cards are also accepted at easybox. Cash payment is NOT accepted at easybox.

International payments

Payment of the order is made in advance, at the end of the order, by card or by bank transfer to the bank account of SC AMI DE SANTE SRL, euro account RO23INGB0000999913273298, opened at ING BANK, VALID ONLY FOR COUNTRIES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION.

Other rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the transport of goods can be stipulated in the special terms of delivery of the seller, if applicable. The transport price and other information can be found at: https://www.finne.ro/
